Assessment required

Previous Level 1 + Level 2 training required. It does not have to be with Ricky.

JOINING LEVEL 2 OR LEVEL 3 DIRECTLY?

Complete a ₹999 video-based eligibility assessment first.

You'll receive the required assessment tasks by email and WhatsApp. Submit the requested videos online and Ricky will review your dog's current skills.

Assessment feedback is ordinarily provided within 48 hours after all required videos are received.

If your dog is ready, you'll receive the relevant programme payment link and feedback. If your dog isn't ready yet, you'll receive guidance on what to work on first.

Assessment results are valid for 45 days from the date the result is communicated.

The ₹999 assessment fee is separate from the programme fee and is not deducted from it.

Final Assessment

Every level ends with a skills assessment.

Dogs who successfully complete the level receive a Ricky's Dog Training certificate.

Valid For 45 Days

The recommendation remains valid for 45 days from the date of the consultation. If you choose to enrol after this period, Ricky may require a new consultation to reassess your dog's current situation.

The ₹999 consultation fee is separate from any subsequent training programme fee and is not automatically adjusted against it.

Lifetime WhatsApp support means reasonable training-related guidance concerning the dog and training covered by the programme. It is not a 24/7, emergency or veterinary service and does not guarantee immediate responses.

Standalone ₹999 consultations and Level Eligibility Assessments do not include lifetime WhatsApp support unless expressly stated otherwise.

Is online 1-to-1 training suitable for my dog?

For many dogs, yes. Online 1-to-1 training allows Ricky to work with you in the environment where the behaviour actually happens. The right approach depends on your dog's individual needs, behaviour and safety considerations. If you're unsure whether online training is suitable for your dog, start with the free 15-minute call.

My dog has behaviour or aggression issues. Can I directly book a training programme?

Behaviour and aggression cases require a personalised plan. Start with a ₹999 consultation so Ricky can understand the situation and recommend the appropriate training approach.

What's the difference between the Free 15-Minute Call and the ₹999 Consultation?

The free call is a quick conversation to understand your situation and whether Ricky's approach is right for you and your dog.

The ₹999 consultation is a detailed 60-minute assessment, followed by a WhatsApp summary of the issues identified and the recommended training programme where applicable.

How long is the ₹999 consultation valid?

The recommendation is valid for 45 days from the date of the consultation. If you choose to enrol after this period, Ricky may require a new consultation to reassess your dog's current situation.

Can I start with Level 1 directly?

Yes. Level 1 can be purchased directly, for dogs without behaviour issues or aggression. Levels 2 and 3 require your dog to have completed the equivalent previous level. Ricky will assess and verify eligibility before you move forward.

Does my dog have to complete the previous levels with Ricky?

No. For Level 2 and Level 3, equivalent previous training does not have to have been completed with Ricky. Your dog's current skill level will be assessed before progression.

What happens after completing a training programme?

Each level ends with a final skills assessment. Dogs who successfully complete the level receive a Ricky's Dog Training certificate. Clients enrolled in qualifying training programmes also receive lifetime WhatsApp support and become part of the Pet Parents Community.
